Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in B2B software marketing, particularly in the enterprise sector. This role requires a strategic thinker with a keen eye for detail, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for creating engaging remarketing campaigns. As a Marketing Manager, you will oversee project execution, ensure seamless team collaboration, and maintain strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement marketing strategies tailored to enterprise clients.

Plan and execute remarketing (RM) campaigns with engaging and relevant content.

Organize and oversee projects, ensuring tasks are completed on time and with precision.

Facilitate collaboration between team members, resolve challenges, and ensure smooth task execution.

Maintain strong client relationships by proactively addressing their needs and keeping them informed of campaign progress.

Create clear and actionable briefs for campaign managers.

Utilize tools like Google Analytics to monitor and report on campaign success.

Assist in developing compelling proposals for client approval of marketing plans.

Address and resolve issues in campaigns or workflows to maintain high productivity.

Monitor task progress and provide support to ensure deadlines are met.

Mandatory Skills & Requirements:

Proven experience in B2B software marketing, with a focus on enterprise clients.

Expertise in planning and executing effective remarketing campaigns.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with flawless English proficiency.

Proficiency in Google Sheets for campaign planning.

Basic understanding of Google Analytics or similar tools.

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to foster collaboration within a team.

Proven problem-solving capabilities and adaptability.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in lead generation and performance marketing.

Background in SAS companies.

Google Ads certification (preferred, not required).
