Position Overview
We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Remote Marketing Specialist based in the Philippines to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing marketing strategies to grow our brand presence and user base.
Key Responsibilities
– Conduct market research and analyze target audience needs, focusing on individuals with curly and coily hair
– Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn
– Create engaging content, including videos and tutorials, to increase user engagement
– Manage email marketing campaigns, including newsletter creation and list management
– Identify and collaborate with relevant influencers in the hair care and styling industry
– Assist in planning and executing virtual events or workshops
– Explore potential partnerships and collaborations to expand our reach
– Contribute to the personalization of our brand profile to better connect with our target audience
Qualifications
– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
– Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in the beauty or tech industry
– Strong understanding of social media platforms and current marketing trends
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
– Creativity and ability to produce engaging content
– Familiarity with email marketing tools and practices
– Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment
Desired Skills
– Knowledge of or interest in curly and coily hair care and styling
– Experience with influencer marketing
– Familiarity with graphic design tools
– Data analysis skills to measure and report on marketing campaign performance
