Title: Remote Mental Health Counselor (Sign-On Bonus Offered)
Objective: To provide individualized mental health counseling to stable, low-acuity adults.
Schedule/Work Environment:
Fully remote position
Full-time (over 30 hours/week) or part-time (over 5 hours/week) options

Primary Responsibilities:
Provide ethical and compassionate mental health counseling via video chat
Conduct ongoing assessments and develop personalized treatment plans
Help clients develop new coping, problem-solving, and communication skills

Requirements
Qualifications:
Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology
Current state license in one of the following: LMFT, LMHC, LCSW, LCSW-R, or PsyD
Independent licensure without supervision
No disciplinary actions
Strong interpersonal skills and computer literacy
Stable Wi-Fi connection
