As a Mental Health Therapist at our client, you will provide evidence-based treatment and mental health services primarily through telehealth. You will conduct intakes, therapy sessions, assessments, and maintain accurate documentation. This role offers a fully remote work environment with flexible scheduling and generous benefits.

Schedule Details :
Fully remote, flexible scheduling.
Therapist can make their own schedule between hours of 7a-9p EST, 7 days/wk.
Therapist MUST work until 8pm, 2 days per week OR 4 – 4hr shifts on the weekends.
No on call.
Compensation : $56,000.00 per year. Pay-per-session model rewards top performers, with successful candidates having the potential to earn up to $90,000 annually. This lucrative opportunity combines competitive per-visit compensation with the ability to maximize your income through efficiency and excellence in service delivery. (Salary + pay-per-session)
Requirements:
Active LICSW, LMHC, LMFT in New York.
1 year of demonstrated psychotherapy experience using evidence-based treatment.
1 year of experience with documenting and treatment planning within an EMR.
Access to a computer, webcam, reliable internet connection, and private, quiet space for sessions.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide Therapeutic Support: Offer evidence-based treatments for a diverse patient population, primarily through video or phone consultations.
Therapeutic Services: Conduct individual, group, and family therapy (where applicable) alongside mental health assessments and interventions.
Intake & Referrals: Facilitate patient intakes and provide appropriate counseling, referrals, and follow-up services.
Documentation: Maintain timely and accurate records in compliance with federal, state, and company policies.

Preferred Qualifications:
Specialized Training: Experience in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
Remote Work Experience: Prior experience working in a telehealth or virtual counseling environment.
