Job Description

Identify and review dashboards, alerts and alarms

Applying fix to the alerts and alarms.

Supports cross medical product solutions (9 Different Product Type)

Builds effective working relationships across functions and locations

Maintains a strong focus on delivering high quality work; holds self to high quality standards

Demonstrates adaptability for working in diverse environments; manage multiple tasks at a time and able to prioritize; work independently

Follows procedures and processes in an FDA regulated environmen

Communicates effectively with customers; builds rapport and listens to needs and takes action to meet customer needs

Seeks out initiatives and projects that will broaden experiences / skill set and support critical organization capabilities

Demonstrates effective use of phone and/or email for communication channel

Work in shifts in a 24/7 support team.

Preferred Requirements

Minimum of 2-years in a technical support environment with direct customer service support. (in IT or Healthcare fields)

Able to multi-task in a fast paced environment with many forms of communication including Instant Messenger, email, and phones

Excellent documentation skills including detailed case notes while on the phone with a customer

Skills, abilities, and an In-depth knowledge of general computer terms and navigation skills.

Analytical and problem solving skills to handle windows operating systems.

Ability to communicate technical solutions/recommendations to a non-technical audience

Write SQL Queries (Select, Join (Left/Right), Update, Insert)

SQL Server 2008+ Administration

Windows Server (2008+) and Desktop Administration (Win7+)

Networking topology, terminology, commands

IIS and Web Application Administration

Group Policies Terminology and Administration

Active Directory Administration

VMWare Terminology and Administration

Installing peripherals (Scanners, Printers…)

Application (non-Pyxis) Installation and Troubleshooting
