Responsibilities & Context
Video Creation & Editing
Produce, edit, and optimize video content for YouTube, TikTok, and other social media channels.
Perform color correction, audio cleanup, and incorporate text, transitions, or basic effects.
Utilize AI-driven video editing or automation tools where beneficial.
AI Integration & Utilization
Leverage AI tools to streamline workflows, such as automated editing, content scripting, and data analysis.
Stay updated on emerging AI applications that could enhance our content creation, marketing, or administrative processes.
Provide recommendations on new AI-driven strategies to improve engagement and efficiency.
Social Media Management
Develop and maintain a content calendar, scheduling posts and video releases.
Monitor and respond promptly to social media inquiries and comments.
Use AI-powered analytics to track performance metrics and refine content strategies.
Personal Assistant Duties
Provide administrative support to the CEO, managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and organizing documents.
Handle email correspondence, invoice tracking, and other ad-hoc tasks.
Serve as a primary point of contact for business-related queries via WhatsApp, Messenger, etc.
Creative Collaboration & Strategy
Brainstorm new ideas for videos, social media posts, and marketing strategies suited to Western audiences.
Work with external freelancers or internal teams, potentially integrating AI in design or text generation tasks.
Ensure brand consistency across all digital content.
Analytics & Optimization
Monitor and analyze social media engagement to identify growth opportunities.
Suggest improvements based on data-driven insights and AI-based analyses.
Optimize content for various devices and platforms.
