Responsibilities:
Develop and enhance new and existing products.
Collaborate with global engineering teams on large-scale projects.
Maintain and improve system performance.
Provide technical mentorship and guidance.
Qualifications:
Extensive experience in full-cycle software development (any language).
Experience building scalable systems and handling client-facing responsibilities in Japanese.
Strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities.
Japanese proficiency (N2 or higher) required.
Must reside in Japan with a valid work visa or hold Japanese nationality.
