The Live Chat Support Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to students, parents, and teachers through our online live chat platform. This is a remote position that offers flexible working hours and the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home.
Key Responsibilities:
– Provide prompt and knowledgeable assistance to customers through live chat, ensuring a positive and efficient experience.
– Answer inquiries about our products and services, and troubleshoot technical issues.
– Collaborate with the Customer Support team to resolve complex issues and provide effective solutions.
– Accurately document customer interactions and feedback for continuous improvement.
– Meet and exceed set performance metrics in terms of response time, customer satisfaction, and issue resolution.
– Stay updated on our products, services, and industry developments to provide excellent support to our customers.
Qualifications:
– Minimum of 2 years’ experience in customer service or technical support, preferably in an online environment.
– Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
– Proficient in using live chat software and other customer support tools.
– High attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
– Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm and patient under pressure.
– Passionate about helping students and dedicated to providing exceptional customer service.
