The Ken Garff Listening Center is a contact center that is currently looking for Remote Outbound Appointment Coordinators!
Great work schedule! Listening Center is open from 6 AM to 7 PM Mountain time Monday – Friday, 8 AM to 4:30 PM Mountain Time Saturdays—closed Sunday.
Shifts Offered:

9:30-6:00 PM Mountain Time.

Here’s what you’ll be doing:

Making outbound calls to current Ken Garff customers. No cold calling.

Establish and maintain great customer relationships.

Determine customer’s current vehicle needs and schedule appointments for them with the dealership sales departments.

Document conversations and update customer records.

Be a team player and uphold the Ken Garff’s standards of professionalism and integrity.

All calls are recorded and monitored for quality services

The Location
This position is US-Remote. Ken Garff Listening Center can employ in states where Ken Garff Automotive, LLC is registered. Currently, we are only accepting applications for remote work in the following states: Utah, Nevada, Iowa, Texas, and Arizona. This list is continuously evolving and being updated, please check back with us at a future date if the state you live in is not listed.
Network Requirements:

Hardwired Internet (Ethernet cable connection only)

50 Mbps download speed minimum

20 Mbps upload speed minimum

40 ms latency maximum

Equipment Requirements:

Must provide your own equipment

Windows PC desktop with Intel i5 processor – 2430M at 2.40GHz or processor better or equivalent, 8GB of RAM available, and working webcam

Anti-Virus protection software. Windows Defender is acceptable so long as you keep it updated.

USB wired Headset with microphone.

Dual computer monitors

Apple products, laptops, and Chromebooks not accepted

Smart Phone (Any Manufacturer)

Qualifications:

Positive, energetic, enthusiastic, and service oriented.

Must meet network and equipment requirements

Proficient computer skills, capability to manage multiple systems, and able to type 30 + wpm

The ability to help solve customer problems

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. (Written and verbal)

Ability to multitask, organize & prioritize—in other words, work smart.

Previous customer service or call center experience a plus.

Must have a designated work space that is free of distraction with little to no background noise.

High School Diploma or equivalent

Must be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the U.S.

Must work from approved Location.
