The Role
As a goal-orientated member of the Business Development team, you’ll be responsible for proactively contacting customers who wish to sell their home with Yopa; guiding customers through the sales process with Yopa and arranging free valuation appointments through the Yopa Hub Platform and provide advice on a range of additional services, including mortgage advice and legal support.
You will be working fully remote, with 4 days across the year at our Hinckley head office to engage and collaborate with your peers.
This is a fast paced and lucrative role with completely uncapped commissions available and will provide you with all the necessary tools required to succeed in this role, with full training provided, guaranteed commission during your first 2 months and further progression opportunities available.
About You

Experience of upselling and cross-selling is essential

Remote working experience is desirable but not essential

Ability to ask questions and probe effectively when establishing a customer’s needs

A self-starter and active listener with the ability to objection handle

Work effectively and collaboratively with a remote based team

Target driven and strong organizational skills; manage multiple tasks while maintaining accurate attention to detail

Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook

An understanding of the Estate Agency industry desirable but not essential

Experience with Sales Force CRM systems desirable

Salary: £24k per annum with OTE of £34k and offering uncapped commission.
