Job Duties
General knowledge of Windows based applications
Must have strong verbal communication skills
Must be able to think quickly and solve customer concerns
Ability to operate independently with minimal supervision
Must be detail-oriented and accurate
Ability to multi-task and perform various duties including but not limited to taking phone calls, chats, emails, handling mailbox cases, and closing Zendesk tickets
Qualifications
Able to converse and communicate in English Language
0-1 years experience in BPO/CSR
Able to work at nightshift
Able to work onsite (Ortigas, Pasig )

Training and Live: July 9 – August 1, 2024.
Salary Details
1,500 Per Day X 18 Days = 27,000
