The OTC Team needs Field Engineer’s support in creating construction/project bids or proposals. This role will work in Business Development (Pricing and Contracts or Proposals and Quotes) or Operations (Sales Order Management and Invoicing). The role is under OTC group (an end to end function that starts with order gathering and ends with invoicing – no cash or AR transactions covered) and involves advising business development or sales team on quotation details and arrangement, contract terms, reviewing contracts for completeness, collaborating with country resources on contract execution, and maintaining regional price books and databases within SAP.

Location: Remote/ Work From Home
Responsibilities:
Will be involved in creating the proposals / quotations based on the request received from the Business Development / Account Representatives.
Ensure that the quotations are prepared accurately, to avoid any downstream impact.
Timely closure of requests received through sales force tool.
The individual will be expected to constantly be on the lookout for ways to enhance and add value to the process.
Manage service delivery and meet customer requirements as per agreed SLAs.
Should ensure customer satisfaction and process excellence.
Qualifications:
A Bachelors Degree in Business and previous experience working in the oil and gas industry, specifically in business development, field operations, or field engineering are preferred.
Understanding of quotes, bid, proposal and order processing a must.
Excellent communication and inter-personal skills.
Must be persistent to get the work done correctly and timely.
Strong critical thinking and problem solving acumen.
Proficient in SAP, MS Outlook, MS Excel and MS Word in preparation of quotes and bids.
Preferred but not required:
Knowledge and experience working with an Oil and Gas Field Service industry, is a PLUS.
