The Opportunity
As a Remote Real Estate Closer, youll be the voice of Lightning Capital, turning warm leads into signed contracts over the phone. If youre a proven sales pro who thrives on negotiation, loves the thrill of closing, and wants to earn six figures working from homethis is your shot. No real estate license needed
What Youll Do
Call 100 motivated homeowners daily no cold callingwarm leads provided to negotiate cash offers.
Overcome objections, build trust, and close deals fast to secure properties under contract.
Work closely with our acquisitions and dispositions teams to ensure smooth handoffs.
Hit monthly quotas e.g., 5 dealsmonth to unlock bonuses and maximize your earnings.
Who Were Looking For
Proven Phone Sales Experience Youve closed deals over the phonethink car sales, solar, insurance, or real estate acquisitionswholesaling.
Negotiation Ninja You can handle My house is worth more and still seal the deal.
