Job Title: Remote Receptionist
Location: Remote (Philippines)
Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time / Contract
Work Hours: 8:30am to 5:45pm US Eastern
About the Role:
We are seeking a professional, friendly, and organized Remote Receptionist to join our growing team. As the first point of contact for our clients and customers, you will represent our brand with warmth and efficiency. This role is perfect for someone with excellent communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer inbound calls and transfer them to the appropriate department or individual
Respond to emails, chat messages, and voicemails promptly and professionally
Manage appointment scheduling, calendar invites, and meeting coordination
Provide general administrative support to the team as needed
Maintain confidentiality of client and company information
Track and relay messages accurately and timely
Assist with basic customer service tasks and inquiries
Ensure a smooth and professional communication experience for all callers and visitors
Qualifications:
Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written
Prior experience in a receptionist, customer service, or administrative role (preferred)
Comfortable working in US Eastern time zone
Proficient in using communication tools (e.g., Microsoft Teams, Cisco IP Communicator, Zoom, MS Office)
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Reliable internet connection and a quiet home office setup
Friendly, professional demeanor with a can-do attitude
Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):
Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Infor or Saleslogix, HubSpot, Salesforce)
Experience supporting businesses in the US, UK, or Australia
Typing speed of at least 50 WPM
