Job Title: Remote Recruiter (Philippines Focus)
About the Role:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Recruiter to join our remote team. This role will be primarily focused on sourcing and hiring top talent in the Philippines. You will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and onboarding skilled professionals who align with our company’s values and goals.
Responsibilities:
Talent Sourcing: Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to identify and attract qualified candidates from various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
Utilize innovative sourcing techniques to reach passive candidates and build a strong talent pipeline.
Candidate Screening and Selection: Review resumes and applications to assess candidates’ qualifications and fit for open positions.
Conduct initial phone screenings to evaluate candidates’ technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders.
Candidate Experience: Provide a positive and efficient candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Communicate effectively with candidates, keeping them informed about the status of their applications and providing timely feedback.
Recruitment Process: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their specific needs and develop comprehensive job descriptions.
Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from initial sourcing to offer acceptance.
Utilize applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools to streamline the hiring process.
Employer Branding: Contribute to building a strong employer brand in the Philippines by promoting our company’s culture, values, and career opportunities.
Participate in industry events and conferences to network with potential candidates and build relationships with key stakeholders.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably with a focus on the Philippines market.
Strong understanding of the Philippine labor market and recruitment trends.
Proven ability to source and attract top talent in a competitive market.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
Fluency in English is essential.
