Role Overview:

This role is ideal for someone based outside of Australia, with extensive experience in sourcing top engineering or Healthcare talent. As a Recruitment Resourcer, you will play a crucial role in supporting our recruitment consultants by identifying, engaging, and attracting high-caliber candidates for engineering roles across a wide range of industries.
Key Responsibilities:
– Source and attract qualified engineering candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
– Conduct thorough candidate screenings to assess skills, experience, and suitability for engineering roles.
– Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates for current and future job openings.
– Collaborate with recruitment consultants to understand client needs and tailor resourcing strategies accordingly.
– Manage candidate relationships and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
– Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in engineering recruitment.
– Utilize and update our CRM to track candidate progress and maintain accurate records.
Requirements:
– Extensive experience in recruitment resourcing, with a strong focus on engineering roles.
– Proven ability to source and engage high-quality candidates globally.
– Familiarity with engineering disciplines and technical qualifications.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to work independently in a remote setting, managing your time and workload effectively.
– Proficiency in using recruitment software, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and CRM tools.
– Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
