10 years’ experience developing formal cybersecurity strategies and a cybersecurity charter. The response should include at least 2 examples including the duration of the projects or work that totals at least 10 years.

10 years’ experience developing multi-year roadmap for maturing a cybersecurity program highlighting key activities and milestones to improve cybersecurity capabilities for current and future delivery models, such as cloud services. The response should include at least 2 examples including the duration of the projects or work that totals at least 10 years.

10 years’ experience developing operating models for cybersecurity programs. Experience should include identifying internal and external resources and skillsets required to maximize the effectiveness of the program. The response should include at least 2 examples including the duration of the projects or work that totals at least 10 years.

10 years’ assessing cybersecurity maturity baselines against major frameworks, such as CIS and NIST CSF, to measure the capabilities of a cybersecurity program to set strategic priorities for the program as well as ensuring alignment to the strategic objectives of the organization. The response should include at least 2 examples including the duration of the projects or work that totals at least 10 years.

5 years’ experience developing and implementing cybersecurity incident response capabilities, including development of healthcare relevant playbooks (e.g., ransomware playbook). The response should include cybersecurity incident response supporting an organization’s ransomware response with forensic investigations. Experience should include participating in a security incident response team (SIRT). The response should include at least 2 examples including the duration of the projects or work that totals at least 5 years.

10 years’ experience performing cybersecurity incident response tabletop exercises to evaluate an organization’s readiness to respond to a cybersecurity incident and make recommendations for improvement. The response should include at least 2 examples including the duration of the projects or work that totals at least 10 years.

10 years’ experience reviewing existing system security architecture and providing remediation plans that identified initiatives, including well-detailed work plans that improve the current security profile of systems. The response should include at least 2 examples including the duration of the projects or work that totals at least 10 years.
