Qualifications:

– Knowledge of digital communication best practices and adaptability to different conversational styles.
– Excellent self-management and organizational skills for remote work.
– Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
– Prior experience in customer service or online support is a plus, though all backgrounds are welcome.
– Flexibility to work varying shifts, including some weekends and evenings.
– Reliable internet connection required.
