Candidate Location: Belize, Honduras, El Salvador, Guatemala, Nicaragua
Salary: $1,200 + Commission
Job Summary:
Sales Development Representative
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Build relationships with prospects through methods such as calling, emailing, and social media to identify new business opportunities, establish connections, and drive growth.

Aggressively identify and qualify opportunities.

Nurture early-phase opportunities to develop future pipeline potential.

Generate business and achieve sales quotas through prospecting activities and meeting sales goals.

Maintain accurate records of business intelligence with key influencers and decision-makers.

Cold call, prospect, and convert calls into actual sales activities with a proven record in lead generation.

Proactively build a book of business using various lead-generation methods.

Demonstrate computer literacy, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and familiarity with the internet.

Knowledge of IT services or professional services is a plus.

Work Experience:

At least 2 years of recent Sales Development experience with a proven track record.

Demonstrated job tenure and commitment in previous roles.

Language Proficiency:

Excellent written and spoken English; native or near-native proficiency preferred.

Qualifications:

High school diploma required; some higher education preferred.

Formal training, certifications, or technology support experience is strongly preferred.
