Job Title: Sales Development Representative
Location: Remote (Nearshore candidates preferred from Guatemala, Nicaragua, El Salvador, Honduras, Belize)

Position Overview:
Sales Development Representative
We are looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to bridge the Sales and Marketing teams. In this role, you will identify new business opportunities through prospect outreach, build client relationships, and support marketing initiatives, reporting, and enhancements.
To thrive in this role, candidates should have experience generating leads from marketing campaigns and meeting sales targets. Strong communication skills and the ability to build client relationships are essential. Success will be measured by the accurate and timely management of marketing activities, CRM upkeep, and database accuracy.
Success in this role includes:

Organizing, implementing, managing, and reporting on marketing campaigns to achieve desired outcomes.

Maintaining and growing the database and CRM system with precision, which involves online research and outbound calls.

Responsibilities:

Calling: Engage potential clients through cold calls and emails, primarily following up after marketing campaigns.

Reporting: Provide weekly marketing reports to leadership on leads generated, lead sources, cost per lead, closed sales, conversion rates, and ROI.

CRM Management: Assist with creating and managing campaigns within the company’s CRM.

Outbound Campaigns: Support weekly prospecting campaigns, both online and offline.

Lead Management: Oversee inbound lead qualification and follow-up, ensuring all leads are accurately tracked and managed. Note: This role does not involve managing the sales team but includes supporting leadership in follow-up oversight.

Skills Required:

Proven experience as a Business Development Representative, Sales Account Executive, or similar role.

Proficiency in various sales techniques, including cold calling.

Solid understanding of CRM systems and basic knowledge of Marketing Automation Platforms.

Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.

High attention to detail.

Advanced proficiency with Word, Outlook, Publisher, and Excel; ability to work with database files and Excel spreadsheets.

Strong formatting skills for marketing communications, emails, and sales letters.

Ability to follow a production schedule, meet deadlines, and manage time effectively.

Required Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in business development or marketing (preferably in IT or small business sectors).

Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
