The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales strategy, team leadership, data-driven decision-making, and market analysis. This role is critical in driving revenue growth through the successful conversion of leads and development of new business opportunities.Key Responsibilities:Team Leadership & Management
Supervise, mentor, and coach Lead Generation Associates to enhance individual and team performance.
Develop training materials and programs to support continuous learning and professional growth.
Establish and monitor performance metrics and KPIs to ensure the team meets and exceeds expectations.
Conduct regular performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and implement improvement plans as needed.
End-to-End Sales Execution
Receive and qualify leads endorsed by the Lead Generation team.
Manage the entire sales process—from initial contact, prospecting, and needs assessment to proposal development, negotiation, and deal closure.
Consistently close new pilot agreements each month to meet revenue targets.
Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth
Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue goals.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and market intelligence.
Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and product teams to align sales efforts with company objectives.
Market Intelligence & Competitive Analysis
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities.
Analyze market conditions to identify potential threats and opportunities.
Adjust sales strategies based on market feedback and changing business landscapes.
Data-Driven Sales Management
Maintain accurate and updated sales forecasts and pipeline data.
Provide detailed and insightful reporting on sales performance, trends, and opportunities.
Use analytics and CRM tools to guide strategic decisions, optimize sales processes, and improve customer engagement.
Innovation & Continuous Improvement
Introduce and champion innovative sales methodologies and best practices.
Encourage a culture of experimentation and learning within the team.
Continuously evaluate and refine sales techniques to ensure sustained competitive advantage.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
4 to 5 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Background in Business Process Outsourcing is an advantage but not a requirement
Work Set-up and Requirements:
Schedule: May require flexible hours but with focus on mid-shift (start of shift at 12NN or 1PM)
Workdays: Five-day workweek with two rest days.
Location: Fully remote
Desktop/laptop with Intel i5 (10th gen) or higher 8GB RAM or higher
Minimum 25 Mbps internet speed with backup connection
Backup power supply for at least 8 hours
