About the Role
HERRERA, a fast-growing provider of international commercial solutions, is hiring Remote Sales Experts on behalf of its client, Go Echoes a premium executive search and talent advisory firm.
This is an opportunity to work with a European-based recruitment company expanding rapidly into new markets. You’ll join a results-oriented, people-first environment where professionalism, autonomy, and commercial excellence are highly valued.
We are currently looking for experienced telesales professionals based in Algeria, with strong sales backgrounds and a proven ability to perform effectively in a fully remote setting.
Tasks
What You’ll Do
As a Remote Sales Expert supporting Go Echoes, your responsibilities will include:
Conducting outbound B2B and B2C calls to present and sell services to qualified prospects.
Understanding the unique needs of each lead and tailoring your pitch accordingly.
Turning leads into customers using consultative, persuasive sales techniques.
Managing the entire sales cycle, from first contact to successful deal closure.
Updating and maintaining accurate records in the company’s CRM system.
Participating in regular training sessions and performance reviews.
Collaborating closely with your Team Leader and wider sales team to meet daily and monthly targets.
Requirements
What We’re Looking For
Minimum 3 years of telesales experience, ideally in both B2B and B2C sectors.
Strong command of telephone-based sales techniques, including objection handling and deal closing.
Comfortable working with digital tools and platforms: CRM software, VoIP calling tools, email outreach systems, etc.
Self-motivated, disciplined, and results-driven able to work independently and meet performance metrics.
Reliable and fully equipped home working setup, including a PC, quality headset, and high-speed internet.
Fluent French is mandatory (both written and spoken); English is a plus.
