Job Title: Sales Manager
Location: Remote (Nearshore candidates preferred from Honduras, Guatemala, El Salvador, Nicaragua)

Hours: 44 hours per week
Compensation: $2,000 – $2,200 monthly + bonus potential after 90 days based on performance metrics
Company Overview:
Founded in 2013, OSR Manage is a sales organization that works specifically in the Managed Services IT industry. Our role is to work with IT companies, owners, and leadership teams around the country to recruit, train, and manage IT salespeople and sales teams.
The Position:
Your responsibilities will be to manage 6-10 salespeople in different parts of the U.S and Canada. A typical day and week will involve working on daily accountability calls with your reps, weekly one on one’s, daily/weekly management of KPI’s, and weekly meeting with the leadership team of our clients. The ideal candidate will have IT or SaaS sales management experience with demonstrated success.

Requirements:
2-year college degree or higher
IT sales management experience preferred
Experience managing long sales cycles
Strong communication, multitasking, and time management skills
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to coach through rejection
Responsibilities:
Support sales team with administrative tasks to enhance account and opportunity management
Implement and manage CRM processes and sales automation tools
Analyze sales data for forecasting, planning, and process improvements
Design reports and dashboards
Drive process efficiency and support key operational initiatives

Full-time, 44 hours per week
$2,000 monthly salary, nearshore ( Guatemala, Honduras, Nicaragua, El Salvador )
