We’re looking for a dynamic Sales Manager with 3+ years of sales leadership experience to lead and grow our sales team. In this role, you’ll coach and train the team from prospecting (lead generation) to scheduling qualified meetings (outbound), while developing scalable processes to ensure consistent success. You’ll play a key role in achieving sales targets, enhancing team performance, and driving process improvements. The ideal candidate is both tactical and strategic, able to roll up their sleeves and dive into campaigns, while also thinking long-term. This is the perfect role for you if you love working with outbound sales teams. What You’ll Do Report directly to o Co-CEO Develop and drive team objectives, ensuring alignment with overall sales goals. Provide (individual and group) coaching and training to Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) and Lead Development Representatives (LDRs) to enhance outbound selling skills Implement and refine processes to ensure CRM hygiene and maximize sales efficiency. Build reports/dashboards to oversee sales activities and performance metrics in the CRM. Collaborate cross-functionally with teams to share insights and improve strategies.
