Job Description:
This is a remote position. We protect families with our in-house proprietary lead generation system to get our agents in contact with families who think or know they need coverage. The agent will call the leads, schedule an appointment, and meet with the family over phone or zoom to help them identify gaps in coverage and protect their family within their budget. We have access to a plethora of life and health products, some of which are proprietary.

If you do not have a life, health, and accident license we will help you obtain a license through a 7-10 day learn at your own pace, online licensing course*

NO COLD CALLING OR DOOR KNOCKING
Success here is dependent on your work ethic and ability to self discipline. We work as a team so mentors and team leaders have families to help too. If you need supervision to keep your quality of work high– This is not the role for you
Requirements:
You must be at least 18 years old
Possession of or ability and willingness to obtain your Life, Health, and Accident License
High level of Integrity
Must have a phone, computer, and internet access
Responsibilities:
Prospect and present insurance policies to new and existing families
Track your numbers (Dials, contacts, appts, lead resolution, show ratios, close ratios. This allows you to identify where you need help)
Plug in to weekly training calls
Meet with your mentor or team leaders daily to identify areas for improvement
