Job Title: Sales Tele caller
Location: Bahrain (Remote/Hybrid)
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential leads to introduce Company services.
Understand client requirements and pitch relevant services accordingly.
Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, or email to close deals.
Schedule appointments for the business development team.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and client feedback using CRM tools.
Achieve weekly/monthly targets for leads and conversions.
Assist in re-engaging cold or inactive clients.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience as a Tele caller, Sales Executive, or similar role (1+ years preferred).
Excellent verbal communication skills in English
Basic knowledge of digital services like website design, social media marketing, and automation is a strong advantage.
Persuasive and goal-driven mindset.
Ability to handle rejection and remain positive.
Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management systems is a bonus.
