DataForce by TransPerfect is seeking for a Remote Scheduler (China) to join our team on a freelance basis. We are ONLY looking for candidates with native fluency in Mandarin. This work is expected to last up to 2 months.

Work Summary
With the guidance of their direct supervisor, Schedulers are ultimately responsible for assisting participants with the quality of work related to a large group of content creators/annotators.
Work Responsibilities
Validate candidates via phone calls according to project requirements
Check candidates’ availability for the project
Answer candidates’ questions
Provide logistic information
Schedule candidates for a session time
Fill session schedule days in advance
Native level of Mandarin
Idiomatic fluency in English
Bachelors preferred or a combination of relevant work experience and education
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Mandarin and English
Strong project management and prioritization skills
Self-motivated, quick learner, and organized
Ability to juggle multiple projects at once and effectively multitask
Quality and detail-oriented mindset
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
