What You’ll Do
Design, orchestrate, provision, configure, and monitor cloud infrastructure on AWS and Azure.
Deploy and manage a variety of cloud-based tools, from popular open-source solutions to internal software.
Troubleshoot customer-facing issues and ensure production systems remain available and reliable.
Build and maintain secure, robust, and resilient systems across our cloud platform.
Contribute to shaping the overall architecture of the Platform as a Service.
Mentor teammates and foster a culture of knowledge-sharing and technical growth.
Participate in a rotating on-call schedule to support production environments and resolve incidents with minimal impact.

Expertise across both AWS and Azure.
Hands-on experience with GitLab CI and pipeline creation.
Understanding of cloud and Kubernetes networking (Private Link, Endpoints, VPC/VNet Peering, CNI, Ingress, service meshes).
Experience with ArgoCD and GitOps workflows.
Solid PostgreSQL database administration experience.

Requirements
What You Bring
Proven experience managing Kubernetes clusters and deployments with a focus on high availability and troubleshooting.
Hands-on knowledge of Helm, including writing and maintaining charts.
Proficiency with AWS or Azure cloud services to build scalable and secure environments.
Experience designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines to automate and streamline development workflows.
Familiarity with monitoring tools like Prometheus and Grafana, creating dashboards and alerts that provide actionable insights.
Strong skills in Terraform and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices.
