Job Title: Senior Tableau Developer
Experience: 8+ years
Contract Duration: 6 months
Location: PAN India (Remote)
Working Hours: IST
Interviews: 1 Technical + 1 Client Round
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain advanced Tableau reports, ensuring high levels of scalability, performance, and usability.
Utilize Tableau Desktop for report creation and Tableau Server for report management and distribution.
Apply data visualization techniques to present insights in a clear, impactful manner.
Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide customized Tableau solutions.
Participate in Agile development, contributing to sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives.
Maintain comprehensive documentation, including technical specifications, user guides, and support resources.
Lead process improvements for data visualization strategies and reporting frameworks.
Clearly communicate complex data insights to stakeholders and mentor junior team members to foster collaboration and productivity.
Qualifications:
10+ years of hands-on experience with Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server, with a deep understanding of Tableau’s architecture, performance optimization, and dashboard development best practices.
Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases.
Expertise in data visualization principles and ability to create insightful, action-oriented reports.
Experience in Agile development teams; Tableau Certification is preferred.
Familiarity with working practices such as Automation, DevOps, Value-driven development, and Continuous improvement.
Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights effectively to stakeholders.
Proven leadership experience in managing change initiatives and guiding teams through transformation projects.
