Remote SEO Content Writer

We are seeking a talented and experienced SEO Content Writer to join our remote team. As a Remote SEO Content Writer, you will be responsible for creating high-quality, engaging, and search engine optimized content for our clients’ websites, blogs, social media channels, and other digital marketing channels. Your writing should be able to effectively communicate the brand message, connect with the target audience, and drive traffic and engagement.

Responsibilities: • Conducting keyword research and competitor analysis to identify the best topics and keywords to target for each piece of content • Writing high-quality and engaging content, including blog posts, articles, website copy, social media posts, and other digital content • Optimizing content for search engines, including using appropriate keywords, meta descriptions, title tags, and other on-page SEO elements • Editing and proofreading your own content, as well as content created by other team members • Collaborating with other members of the team, including project managers, designers, and developers to ensure that the content is consistent with the brand voice and strategy • Staying up-to-date with the latest SEO and content marketing trends, techniques, and best practices • Conducting periodic content audits and making recommendations for improvements

Requirements: • Proven experience as an SEO Content Writer or similar role, with a portfolio of published work • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with a keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of grammar, punctuation, and style • Familiarity with SEO best practices and tools, including keyword research, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console • Ability to write for various niches and audiences, adapting tone and style as needed • Strong research skills and ability to produce accurate, credible, and factually correct content • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects and deadlines • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with team members and clients • Proficiency in using content management systems (CMS), such as WordPress or Drupal, and familiarity with HTML and CSS is a plus • Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
