Position Overview: We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Social Media and Content Specialist to manage daily social media activities, support product research, and ensure affiliate compliance. The ideal candidate has strong writing skills, knowledge of social media best practices, and experience in content creation. This role involves working closely with the Manager to drive engagement, grow our online presence, and support brand alignment with FTC and affiliate guidelines.
Key Responsibilities: * Social Media Management

Plan, schedule, and post engaging content across major social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok).

Maintain a consistent posting schedule and respond to audience engagement.

Content Creation

Write captivating captions, informative product descriptions, and occasional blog posts to enhance audience connection and product appeal.

Collaborate with the Manager and design team to create visuals that align with brand messaging.

Product Research Support

Assist the Manager in researching trending products and deals to stay current with market trends.

Conduct background checks on potential products to ensure they align with brand standards.

Affiliate Compliance

Ensure all content follows FTC regulations and affiliate program guidelines, including disclosure requirements.

Monitor content for compliance and adjust as needed to meet current standards.

Social Media Analytics

Track performance metrics across all social media channels and generate reports.

Provide insights and recommendations based on analytics to improve engagement, reach, and overall performance.
