JOB OVERVIEW
We are a Dutch webshop specializing in product licenses, and we’re looking for a dedicated remote support agent to join our team. Your role will be crucial in ensuring customer satisfaction and garnering positive reviews for our services.
Responsibilities:
Customer Support: Assist customers with activating Microsoft product licenses purchased from our webshop.
Communication: Provide friendly and efficient customer service via email.
Standard Responses: Use provided standard email templates to answer approximately 80% of customer inquiries.
Error Verification: Verify screenshots of error messages sent by customers; based on this, assign new licenses to the customer as needed.
Problem-Solving: If standard responses aren’t sufficient, use Google Translate to communicate effectively with customers.
Remote Assistance: Utilize TeamViewer to assist customers who need additional help.
Feedback Collection: After resolving issues, encourage customers to leave positive reviews mentioning your name.
Requirements:
Availability: Must be available between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM Dutch time. Flexibility to respond to tickets at other times is also welcome.
Own Workstation: You are responsible for providing your own reliable workstation to work on.
Technical Needs: If you need any tools or software to perform your duties effectively, let us know-we’re here to help.
Language Skills: Proficient in English; ability to use translation tools effectively.
Customer-Oriented: Strong commitment to helping customers promptly and efficiently.
Technical Skills: Familiarity with TeamViewer and a basic understanding of software activation processes.
Reliable: Consistent internet connection and a dependable work ethic.
