Kendago, a global digital marketing leader, is seeking a highly skilled and hands-on Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team. This role is primarily focused on full-cycle recruitment for a wide range of digital marketing positions and tech, and includes a light touch on broader HR activities to support our employee experience.
About the Role:
It’s a hands-on role for someone who lives and breathes recruitment, especially in fast-paced, high-growth environments like digital marketing, tech, or startups. You’ll partner with hiring managers to define needs, craft search strategies, source top talent, and guide candidates through a smooth, professional hiring process.
In addition to recruitment, you’ll occasionally support the HR team with employee-related conversations or internal initiatives, but your core focus will be recruiting.
Responsibilities:

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job description through the onboarding.

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand team needs and optimize job descriptions.

Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through networking and sourcing techniques.

Utilize data and metrics to assess and improve the recruitment process.

Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Stay current with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

Conduct interviews in English.

Assist with virtual employee wellbeing check-ins and support online engagement activities, contributing to a positive remote work culture as part of the HR team.

At least 2 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment.

Proven success in hiring for digital marketing roles (media buyers, analysts, creatives, IT, etc.).

Experience in a tech/startup/digital environment – advantage.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Fluent English – must be comfortable conducting interviews and working with international teams.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Strong sourcing, assessment, and communication skills.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Proactive, independent, and a true team player.
