As a Remote Tele chat Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through telephone and online chat interactions. You will be the first point of contact for our clients, and you will play a crucial role in maintaining our company’s reputation for outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
– Engage with customers through inbound and outbound telephone and online chat interactions in a professional and courteous manner.
– Listen to customers’ needs and provide them with accurate and timely information and support.
– Perform data entry and maintain accurate customer records.
– Escalate and resolve customer complaints and concerns effectively.
– Stay up-to-date with product and service knowledge to provide accurate and relevant information to customers.
– Continuously improve the customer service experience by identifying and suggesting process improvements.
Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
– Customer service experience in a call center or online chat environment.
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
– Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
– Proficient computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously.
– Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
– Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
