We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Telechat. As a Telechat, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service through telephone conversations. Your main responsibility will be to engage with customers, listen to their needs, and provide appropriate recommendations or resolutions. Responsibilities

Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner over the phone

Listen attentively to customers’ inquiries and provide accurate and timely information

Assist customers with product usage, troubleshooting, and technical support

Effectively handle and resolve customer complaints or issues

Maintain customer records and update relevant information in the database

Meet and exceed monthly targets for customer satisfaction and resolution time

Collaborate with team members to continuously improve processes and customer experience

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent

Excellent verbal communication skills

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers

Previous experience in customer service or a call center environment is a plus

Proficient computer skills and the ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously

Ability to work independently and in a team setting

Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate customer needs
