Job Description
As a Telemarketer, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers via phone to promote and sell products or services.
You will engage with prospects, provide information, handle inquiries, and drive sales through effective communication and persuasion techniques.
Your role will be vital in generating leads and contributing to the overall success of the sales team.
Responsibilities
Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to introduce products and services.
Deliver persuasive sales pitches and effectively communicate the benefits of offerings.
Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and sales leads in the CRM system.
Handle objections and resolve issues to enhance customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with the sales team to identify potential leads and strategies for improvement.
