Data Operations Specialist – REMOTE Temp opportunity
Contract: 3 months
Salary: $25-$30/hr.
Schedule: Monday to Friday business hours for Eastern Time Zone
Position Summary
My client is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated Data Operations Specialist to support their Revenue Operations team. This an 100% REMOTE temporary contract role that requires expert-level proficiency in HubSpot and Excel, with a strong focus on data extraction, documentation, and process optimization.
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)
Expert in documentation using Hubspot and Excel; extracting data for sales operations
Bachelors Degree in related field (Business, etc.)
Able to extract, organize, and document sales operations data using HubSpot & Excel, but it would be ideal to have Salesforce
Strong computer, technology and internet skills including all MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Self-starter with the ability to meet aggressive deadlines
Substantial organization and planning skills, demonstrated ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment and problem solve
Manage multiple projects while ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Preferred Qualifications
Previous HCM industry experience
Bachelors Degree in related field (Business, etc.)
