JOB OVERVIEW
We’re seeking a detail-oriented and organized Transaction Coordinator to join our remote team.
Job Description:
As a Transaction Coordinator, you will play a critical role in managing the transaction process from start to finish. You will be responsible for ensuring that all documentation is complete, deadlines are met, and communication flows smoothly between all parties involved.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the transaction process for clients, ensuring all necessary documents are completed and accurate.
Act as the main point of contact for clients, agents, and other stakeholders.
Coordinate timelines and ensure deadlines are met for all phases of the transaction.
Maintain organized files and documentation for each transaction.
Assist with compliance and regulatory requirements.
Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the transaction process.
Handle any issues or challenges that arise, working proactively to find solutions.
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a Transaction Coordinator or in a similar role is preferred.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in [specific software/tools, e.g., CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite].
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
