What You’ll Do
Accurately interpret conversations between Russian and English, preserving meaning, tone, clarity, and complexity.
Ensure correct grammar and syntax in both languages.
Deliver precise renditions of spoken content, maintaining the full detail of each conversation.
Follow client instructions, manage call flow, and remain impartial throughout.
Apply industry-specific terminology across sectors such as Healthcare, Government, Insurance, Financial Services, Utilities, Travel & Hospitality, Emergency Services, Law Enforcement, Courtrooms, and General Business.
What Youll Need
Fluency in Russian and English (C1 level or above in both).
High School Diploma (required).
Preferred background in languages, translation, interpretation, or related fields.
Excellent listening and note-taking skills to ensure high accuracy.
Cultural awareness and the ability to explain nuances when needed.
Focused, neutral, and professional communication style.
Strong sense of responsibility, autonomy, and organization.
Effective time management and a goal-oriented mindset.
