This is a Remote Travel Customer Service Advisor position. As a Travel CS Advisor, you will be responsible for managing, growing, planning and booking travel experiences for clients.

Responsibilities:

As a remote travel consultant, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations, including setting goals, developing strategies, and ensuring profitable.

Provide excellent customer service: You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients, including responding to inquiries, addressing concerns, and resolving issues.

Create travel itineraries: You will be responsible for creating customized travel itineraries for clients that meet their individual needs and preferences.

Stay up-to-date on industry trends: You will need to stay up-to-date on the latest industry trends and developments, including changes in travel regulations, new destinations, and emerging technologies.

Qualifications:

Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills

Ability to work independently and remotely it’s your business

Proficiency in using travel booking software and platforms

Understanding of industry regulations and trends
