We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Remote Typist/Data Entry Clerk. In this role, you will be responsible for entering, updating, and managing data efficiently and accurately. You will also transcribe documents and other written material. This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home.
Responsibilities

Type and transcribe documents, reports, and other written content from audio or handwritten notes.

Input data accurately into spreadsheets, databases, or content management systems.

Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data by cross-checking and reviewing entries.

Regularly update and maintain data in internal systems as needed.

Organize and file electronic documents and records for easy retrieval.

Adhere to company policies regarding sensitive information and maintain data privacy standards.

Complete assignments on time and with high attention to detail.

Requirements

Strong typing speed (minimum 50 WPM) with high accuracy.

Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing error-free work.

Familiarity with word processing tools (e.g., MS Word, Google Docs) and spreadsheet software (e.g., MS Excel, Google Sheets).

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.

Strong written communication skills for accurate data entry and correspondence.

Reliable internet access to work from home and complete tasks online.
