Job Overview
We are currently hiring Remote Video Interpreters to facilitate conversations between English speakers and Mandarin speakers across healthcare, insurance, and legal domains. This is a fully remote, hourly-paid position that does not require prior experience just excellent language skills, a professional setup, and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities
Provide consecutive interpretation via video in English to Mandarin
Interpret live conversations with accuracy, neutrality, and clarity
Follow confidentiality protocols and ethical guidelines
Adapt to various subject matters including healthcare, insurance, and legal terminology
Attend virtual training and ongoing skill development sessions
Required Qualifications
Fluent in Mandarin + Fluent in English
Full-time availability Monday to Friday, 9 AM 5 PM EST
Own a PC/Laptop with Intel i5 processor and minimum 8 GB RAM
Noise-cancelling headset and HD webcam
Reliable, high-speed internet connection
Preferred But Not Required
Prior experience in interpreting, customer service, or call center environments
Familiarity with medical, legal, or insurance terminology
