JOB OVERVIEW
Job Description:
We’re looking for a motivated and organized virtual assistant who can help us manage our social media presence, schedule posts, and assist with content creation. You’ll work closely with us to develop eye-catching designs and implement content strategies across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and schedule content for Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok accounts, ensuring all posts are consistent and scheduled in advance.
Post Instagram Reels as YouTube Shorts to increase reach and engagement.
Collaborate with us on creating engaging and on-brand designs for reel covers.
Provide creative input for post captions and content ideas.
Help design and draft emails for marketing campaigns, using templates we can provide or creating custom designs based on suggestions.
Update and maintain our websites (Carrd.co and Shopify) as needed.
Assist with additional projects and administrative tasks as our eCommerce business continues to grow.
Ideal Candidate:
Experienced in managing social media accounts across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube.
Skilled in basic design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop, or other similar platforms) for creating visually appealing content.
Familiar with email marketing platforms and template design.
Knowledgeable about updating websites on platforms like Carrd.co and Shopify.
Highly organized with excellent communication skills.
Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
Eager to take initiative and offer creative suggestions for content.
