Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and other stakeholders to define and refine project requirements
Development of front and backend code based on requirements
Help lead a small team of developers, maintain standards, run peer reviews and help resolve bottlenecks in technical solutions.
Translate requirements from analysts and stakeholders into clear technical plans and sprint goals.
Provide clear guidance, facilitate knowledge-sharing, and inspire the team to grow their skills
Define test cases and performance benchmarks for mission-critical project elements
Requirements
7+ years hands on software development experience
2+ years as technical/team lead or development manager experience
Strong c#, SQL (Sql server with performance profiling, etc) , html, css, javascript
Creating and consuming web APIs (rest)
Preferred Qualifications
Angular, react, typescript
Blazor (server side rendering), razor template components
UI/UX experience
AWS
