In this role, you will join our client’s customer service team as a remote customer service agent working from your home office. You will be helping customers by assessing their needs and providing an excellent customer experience. On your average day, you’ll be taking incoming calls, having customer conversations with scripts, confidently navigating multiple customer support queries.
You will be given all the equipment needed however you will need to have the below technology requirements.
Telephone landline.
Internet connection, with an internet speed of 10Mbps or higher
Suitable, uninterrupted workspace with comfortable desk and chair
Requirements for the role:
You love to help people and is motivated by delivering exceptional customer service.
You are calm in the busy times and looking to share your ideas in the quieter times.
You enjoy a structured work environment, but most importantly you love what you do.
You must have some previous customer service/sales experience.
You will receive 4 weeks of full-time paid training to get you up to speed. Training hours will be Monday- Friday 8.30 am-4.30 pm and will be done online.
