REMOTE Opportunity
HYBRID Opportunity for DFW, TX/Akron, OH area residents
The Role
You will be accountable for two main areas: (1) Reflexis/Zebra WFM system management and reporting, including, but not limited to: Reflexis/Zebra Workforce Management, Loglie (labor standards), Signet Reporting Tool WFM data and additional 3rd party systems as needed and (2) the management, analysis and execution of store labor, including insights, analysis, best practices, budgeting/application of hours and communication/partnership with field leaders. You will also be responsible for partnering primarily with the VP and DIR of Labor and the Store Operations DVP and VPRO to assess and deliver actionable operational insight on a regular basis to ensure Signet maximizes its ~$600M labor budget while partnering cross-functionally with adjacent business partners including IT, Payroll, and Compensation.
Responsibilities

Provide daily management and ad-hoc analysis as well as project management for store labor, initiatives/projects

Develop business-specific strategies for areas of responsibility for all banners

Develop and foster good working relationships with other departments, including, but not limited to IT, Payroll, Compensation, Finance, and outside vendors/partners

Responsible for the hiring, coaching, training and development of their staff while also managing staff performance

Leverages Signet’s labor spend to identify and operationalize labor opportunities

Accountable for management, analysis and execution of labor tests, initiatives and efforts to drive efficiency, such as maximizing labor spend in growth stores and minimizing costs in contracting stores

Work with multiple departments on all WFM systems initiatives to make certain they are effective, executable and integrated in the field

Requirements

Bachelors in business or finance

5+ years in retail analysis function and management experience

Advanced knowledge of Reflexis/Zebra and Excel

Executive presentation skills

Experience in WFM is preferred

Knowledge of labor laws, labor standards/time study is a plus

The salary range for this opportunity is $87,000 – $120,000. Base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job related knowledge, skills and experience, among other factors
