The Remote Conveyancing Role includes:
Experience in managing purchases, sales and re-mortgage transactions.
Experience in running a high-volume caseload with minimal supervision
Able to run Title Checks and raise enquiries.
Must be used to working remotely and for a volume residential team.
The ideal Residential Conveyancer will have:
Good written and oral communication.
Excellent organisational skills.
Able to work to deadlines.
Used to volume conveyancing.
A calm and helpful approach.
Highly approachable.
