Restaurant Manager – Fine Dining Restaurant – Oman
Salary Package: Up to $2800 + service charge + full expat benefits
We are looking for polished, caring and fun Restaurant Manager to join the team.
As Restaurant Manager, I will assume full responsibility for the efficient operation of the Food & Beverage department to provide exceptional product and service within brand operating standards.
Manage all aspects of food and beverage outlet(s) daily and coordinate special events.
Achieve budgeted revenues, control expenses and labor costs, and maximize profitability within all areas of the food and beverage outlet(s).
Assist in preparation of the annual operating budget which supports the overall objectives of the food and beverage outlet(s).
Consistently train and educate the team and is a strong leader and mentor.
High school diploma or equivalent and at least 1-3 years restaurant management experience in an international fine dining/Michelin full-service outlet or similar setting.
Excellent command of written and spoken English,
Ability to live in a remote location for extended periods of time and travel on single status.
Hospitality Management Degree or some college preferred.
Alcohol awareness certification and/or food service permit or valid health/food handler card as required by local or state government agency
