Our Technology company is looking to hire a Retail Supervisor.
Location: Accra (REMOTE).
JD: We are looking for result-oriented, Retail Supervisor with excellent selling, negotiation, team management, time-management, and organizational skills. The RS can expect to work closely with the Regional Business Manager (RBM) to recruit and manage a team of independent sales agents also called Direct Sales Representatives (DSRs) to achieve set targets.
Responsibilities Include:
1. Maintain 50 active Direct Sales Representatives (DSRs)
Identify and recruit suitable direct sales reps (DSR) for the assigned area.
Identify and retain well performing DSRs.
Manage, direct and train DSRs; Train DSRs on products, processes and behavior.
Lead field training.
2. Achieve Connect Customer Activation targets
Maximize sales through effective execution of sales strategy, coaching/training of DSR and leadership.
Maximize repayment rate of sales, by training DSR and nurturing customer relationship.
3. Own territory budget responsibilities
Plan monthly sales activity and allocate sales resources in an efficient way.
Plan, distribute and retrieve any field resources at DSR contract termination.
Track and measure budget efficiencies.
Identify and drive cost savings.
4. Achieve territory device & add-ons sales
Ensure adequate quantities of stocks with DSR in the field at any time.
Anticipate stocks shortage and plan device shipment with the inventory team.
Ensure 0 lost stocks.
5. Maintain effective Updated Management information System (MIS)
Gather, coordinate, and communicate market information including competitor activities, customer preferences ensuring effective sales management.
Eligible Candidate Must Possess:
1. HND/Degree in Business Studies/Marketing or related field.
2. 3+ years relevant sales experience.
3. Experience in recruiting and managing sales reps.
4. Ability to ride a motorbike OR willingness to learn. (NON-NEGOTIABLE)
5. Availability to work immediately.
