We are seeking a full-time, Revenue Cycle Manager II to join our clinic located in the Lloyd district of NE Portland. You will work with exceptional physicians who value their team and working together to help our patients get the best possible care.
The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of revenue cycle leadership in a physician setting, preferably with strong and effective communication skills. They should have expert EPIC Professional Billing skills, EPIC certification a plus! Experience with lean process methodologies. The ideal candidate with have the skills to hit the ground running and be a team builder.
Remote work available for candidates with quarterly travel to Portland. Workdays will be Monday-Friday, 8:00 – 5:00pm, 40 hours per week.
Hiring pay based on open position, experience, and credentials: Level II – $91,922 – $137,884 per year.

Qualifications:
Bachelors in relevant field required, 4 years of experience in lieu of degree will be accepted
Minimum 7 years leadership experience
Minimum 3 years experience with EPIC and professional billing experience.
Excellent communication, customer service and problem-resolution skills
Ability to work well under pressure and learn and follow established policies and procedures.
Effective organizational, planning, and project management
Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with patients, staff, and providers
